SOLUTION: This restaurant information providing system is provided with an information providing device 20 having a server 21 registering the vacant seat states of the restaurant 10, a cellphone 30 perusing the vacant seat states by accessing to the information providing device 20, and a network 40 connecting the information providing device 20 to the cellphone 30.
