Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress human error in a method ordering parts of a product under improvement in a remote place. SOLUTION: This method for ordering parts for a machine under the improvement in an electronic commerce environment includes to transmit diagnosis data from a local device 12 in the machine side to a host computer device 20 through a network 22. The host computer device 20 identifies the parts to be replaced in the machine based on the diagnosis data. Parts identifiers are determined based on remodeling information stored in the parts and the host computer device 20. The parts identifies are transmitted form the host computer device 20 to an order processor 40.
