Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a design method allowing efficient and optimal design in designing a deformable member deformed by external force applied during use. SOLUTION: A plurality of design parameters are selected (S01) and allocated to an orthogonal table of design of experiment to determine a plurality of combinations of the design parameters (S02). A displacement quantity is obtained by structure analysis on a prescribed part (a noted point) displayed when the deformable member is deformed, and its peripheral part in each combination (S03). The displacement quantity of the noted point is made experimental data in the design of experiment to analyze the significance of the design parameters (S04). On the basis of the analysis result, in the order of the combinations of the design parameters with higher significance (S05, S09), stress distribution computing procedure and stress determining procedure are repeated until the maximum stress obtained by structural analysis is within a range of allowable stress (S06, S07), thus designing the deformable member. |
