Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimize trip of a gas turbine in switching over coolant. SOLUTION: Steam temperature Ts and rotor chamber air temperature Ta are measured with thermometers 40, 41 (step S1). The measurement results are acquired by measuring apparatuses 131, 132 and are converted to electric signals. The electric signals are sent to a controlling device 100 after the same are A/D converted by the measuring apparatuses 131, 132, and a difference of both signals is calculated by a subtracter 111 of a processing part 110 provided in the controlling device 100. When an absolute value of the difference ΔT=|Ta-Ts| is kept at 10 deg.C or less for 10 continuous times, a control signal is sent from a computing element 112 to a controller 120 as the controlling part (step S2) to control a pressure regulating valve or the like for switching over coolant to steam (step 4).
