RIVER FACILITY OPERATION PLAN PREPARATION DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a river facility operation plan preparation device capable of quickly finding an estimation value of water levels even at points influencing the water level by operation of a river facility. SOLUTION: The river facility operation plan preparation device has an outer water level estimation means (2) for estimating an outer water level after a prescribed time at points not substantially receiving influence due to operation of the river facility including a water gate, a pump plant and the like on the basis of rainfall data from the past to the present time and water level water data of a river from the past to the present time, an operation plan input means (4) for inputting an operation plan of the river facility, an inner water level estimation means (6) for estimating an inner water level after a prescribed time at points receiving influence due to operation of the river facility on the basis of each datum including the outer water level estimated by the outer water level estimation means and an operation plan of the river facility input by the operation plan input means, and a display means (8) for displaying the inner water level estimated by the inner water level estimation means (6).
