AGENT RAPIDLY DISINTEGRATED IN ORAL CAVITY AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an agent rapidly disintegrated in the oral cavity, reducing the bitterness or improving the fluidity of a medicine having the bitterness and/or a medicine having inferior fluidity, especially, reducing the bitterness or improving the fluidity even of the medicine having a needle crystal shape and the bitterness without remaining foreign body sensation, and hardly making the elution of the medicine go out of control by tableting. SOLUTION: This agent rapidly disintegrated in the oral cavity, containing the medicine and saccharides is obtained by formulating a medicine-containing particle comprising the medicine having the bitterness and/or the medicine having the inferior fluidity, and a carrier for preparation, obtained by spray- drying, and having about 50-250 μm average particle diameter, and about 0.5-1.2 apparent specific gravity. The method for producing the agent is also provided.
