Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for creating a printed matter inspection mark which mitigates a load on an operator and prevents human error from occurring, in the arrangement of an inspection mark for a printed matter and a setting operation for colors and the like, and a server, a program, and a recording medium. SOLUTION: The system 1 for creating a printed matter inspection mark has a terminal 3 and a server 7 connected to the terminal 3 through a bidirectional communicable network 5. The server 7 has four data bases retaining specification information on the inspection mark, i.e., a parts data base 11, a layout data base 13, a basic specification data base 15 and a selected specification data base 17, and a template data base 19, a creating means and a deciding means. The creating means has an input data creating program and an inspection mark layout program, and creates information for creating an inspection mark on a printing face, referring to each data base, based on an input from the terminal 3.
