SHEET MANUFACTURING DEVICE, AND SOLAR BATTERY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet manufacturing device which immerses a rotating body in a molten material to manufacture a sheet on a graphite substrate fitted to the rotating body so that the surface temperature of the graphite substrate can be adjusted. SOLUTION: In the sheet manufacturing device which immerses the rotating body 2 in a molten material to manufacture the sheet on the graphite substrate 9 fitted to the rotating body 2, the rotating body is formed hollow, a water- cooled metal body 13 is installed in the center, a cooling gas pipe 15 is provided between the water-cooled metal body 13 and the inner wall of a refractory 11, and the surface temperature of the graphite substrate 9 is adjusted to a predetermined constant value by jointly using two cooling systems of the water- cooling system and the air-cooling system. The rotating body 2 is kept at a lower temperature by the water-cooled metal body 13, and the temperature is finely adjusted by changing the flow rate of the gas flowing in the cooling gas pipe 15.
