Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate to attach/detach an earth cable 5 to/from a bumper 1, to prevent the earth cable 5 from falling off from a frame 3 and to facilitate to replace the earth cable 5. SOLUTION: A pinching tool 43 is connected to the one end of the earth cable 5, and a cap-shaped terminal 33 to the other end. The pinching member 43 is replaceably held by pinching the lower wall part 11 of the bumper 1. The cap-shaped terminal 33 is replaceably fitted on the outside of a projecting terminal 35 attached to the frame 3. The projecting terminal 35 is grounded in a dischargeable way.
