Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure adjusting mechanism in which a fluid is enabled to flow both in the normal direction and in the reverse direction. SOLUTION: External connecting holes 2, 3 to make the fluid respectively inflow or outflow are installed at the mutually adjacent first and second pressure adjusting rooms 9, 10, a pressure adjusting wall 13 capable of moving forward and backward toward the second pressure adjusting room 10 and supported with a prescribed elastic force is installed at the third pressure adjusting room 11 adjacent to the second pressure adjusting room 10. This mechanism has a supporting shaft 14 which is penetrated through circulation holes of respective partition walls and which, coupled with a pressure adjusting wall 13, moves in accordance with forwarding and backwarding of the pressure adjusting wall 13, the first pressure adjusting valve 18 which is mounted on the supporting shaft 14 via an elastic material so as to be driven toward the first partition wall 7 in the first pressure adjusting room 9 and which opens and closes the circulation hole installed at the first partition wall 7, and the second pressure adjusting valve 17 which is fixed to the supporting shaft 14 in the second adjusting room 10 and which opens and closes the circulation hole installed at the second partition wall 8.
