Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor luminescent device capable of preventing deviation of the irradiation direction of light by preventing relative rotation of respective fixed members. SOLUTION: This semiconductor luminescent device 1a has a socket 2 for mounting a base end of a luminescent rod 1 for reflecting light passing through its inside from its side face to the outside, and a printed wiring board 6 mounted inside the socket 2 and equipped with light emitting diodes 5 used as a light source for feeding the light to the base end part of the luminescent rod 1. First and second positioning parts 15 and 16 for restricting relative circumferential positions are formed on the socket 2 and at the base end part of the luminescent rod 1, respectively.
