Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure clearance (gap) between a pickup module and a housing and also to provide a disk drive whose housing is made thin and small. SOLUTION: This disk drive has the pickup module, a tray, a damper and the housing, the pickup module has a pickup part for reproducing data from a disk, a plurality of shafts supporting the pickup part in a movable manner in the radial direction of the disk, and a tilt adjusting part supporting the shafts in a movable manner perpendicularly to a disk surface, and the pickup module is tilted by a prescribed angle and is attached to the tray to secure the clearance where the tilt adjusting part is movable between the housing and the pickup module.
