Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To select and allocate a taxi most suitable for a taxi user from the taxis of a plurality of taxi companies. SOLUTION: A user terminal 10 transmits an allocation request including position information acquired by a position information acquisition part 11 and destination information to an allocation center 20. In the allocation center 20, the allocation request is publicized to bidding devices 301 -30N and bid results are transmitted to the user terminal 10. The user terminal 10 decides the taxi desired to be allocated from the bit results. Since a plurality of the bidding devices 301 -30N are provided for the respectively different taxi companies 1-N, the taxi user receives the allocation of the most suitable taxi from the taxis of a plurality of the taxi companies. Also, since the destination information is included in the allocation request transmitted from the user terminal 10 to the allocation center 20, the taxi is allocated corresponding to the destination of the taxi user.
