SOLUTION: An evaporator 17, disposed inside a cold air passage 15, is composed of a plurality of continuous refrigerant pipes 35 arranged substantially parallel to each other in which a refrigerant flows, and many cooling fins 33 disposed at the refrigerant pipes 35. A fan 37 is disposed at the upper position displaced from the central location of the evaporator 17 and also on the rotating direction side to guide cold air passing through the evaporator 17 toward the fan 37 through an induction guide surface 55 provided in an induction duct 5.
