Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic resin having excellent flowability, antistaticity and laminar peeling resistance and having a good physical property balance. SOLUTION: This thermoplastic resin composition comprises (A) 100 pts.wt. of a thermoplastic resin and (B) 0.1 to 50 pts.wt. of an acrylic acid-based polymer containing (meth)acrylic acid monomer units and having a weight-average mol.wt. of 500 to 20,000. The acrylic acid-polymer (B) is preferably an acrylic acid-polymer containing aromatic vinyl monomer units and an acrylic acid- polymer containing (meth)acrylate ester monomer units.
