Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temporarily holding structure of a flip-up seat capable of easily removing a pin even when positions of both through holes of a frame and a hinge bracket are displaced in a state where the flip-up seat is mounted to a vehicle. SOLUTION: Respective through holes 10 and 20 that communicate with each other in a corresponding state in using the seat are formed in the frame 2 and the hinge bracket 3. In a temporarily holding state of the flip-up seat, a pin 66 is inserted into both through holes 10 and 20 rotatably and removably in the communicating state of both through holes 10 and 20. A part of the pin 66 inserting into both through holes 10 and 20 has a shape so that when the pin 66 is rotated by a predetermined angle from the position of the temporarily holding state, a width in the relatively moving direction of both through holes 10 and 20 decreases in relatively rotating the frame 2 and the hinge bracket 3.
