Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power source circuit or an AC adaptor in which consumption power during standby is reduced by using a two-wire cord for connection between an external power source circuit and an electronic apparatus. SOLUTION: The power source circuit 1 or the AC adaptor 3 is connected with the electronic apparatus 6 via a two-wire cord 11. A changing load voltage on the electronic apparatus 6 side is detected by using detecting means 2, 2a, 2b of the external power source circuit 1 side or the AC adaptor 3 side, and consumption power during standby is reduced.
