Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To identify a noise source of a confluent noise without interrupting transmission of an incoming signal. SOLUTION: An uplink amplifier 28 amplifies an uplink signal and outputs the amplified signal to a center device. An uplink signal from a terminal is fed to the uplink amplifier 28 through terminals 20a to 20d. A variable attenuator 40 is provided for each of the terminals 20a to 20d. In the variable attenuator 40, a changeover switch 46 selects a non-attenuation state, an attenuator 42 with a 5dB attenuation state, or an attenuator 44 with a 20dB attenuation state.
