Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control the right to use a literal work so that only an authorized user can utilize the literal work. SOLUTION: The mobile machine transmits the acquisition request of contents A and a subscriber number to the server (A82). The server generates a cryptographic key A for the contents A on the basis of the received subscriber number (B82) and enciphers the contents A by using the cryptographic key A (B83). Then, the enciphered contents A are downloaded to the mobile machine and the cryptographic key A is transmitted. The mobile machine receives the enciphered contents A and the cryptographic key A and saves them on a memory (B83). At such a time, the contents A are saved on the memory corresponding to the cryptographic key A. Afterwards, when utilizing (viewing) the contents A on the mobile machine, the contents A are deciphered by using the cryptographic key A (A84), so that the deciphered contents A can be utilized by the user of the mobile machine.
