ELECTRONIC COMPONENT MOUNTING SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the need to confirm history data of all implementation machines installed along a conveyance line. SOLUTION: An electronic component mounting system 1 is equipped with the implementation machines 2, 3, and 4 and a host computer 5 capable of freely communicating with the implementation machines 2, 3, and 4 along the conveyance line 6 for conveying substrates 7 one after another. A substrate 7 is given a unique substrate ID. A host computer 5 stores defective circuit data corresponding to substrate ID's of respective substrates. The implementation machine 2 when recognizing the substrate ID of a substrate 7 receives defective circuit data corresponding to the ID from the host computer 5. The implementation machine 2 skips the mounting of an electronic component according to the defective circuit. Further, the implementation machine 2 sends the history data and substrate ID to the host computer 5 while making them correspond to each other and the host computer 5 stores them. The cases of the implementation machines 3 and 4 are the same.
