DISMANTLING METHOD OF TRANSFORMER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To wash an inside of a case before a cover is removed from the case and make PCB not to oxidize by efficiently extracting PCB. SOLUTION: A dismantling method of a transformer comprises a first process for short-circuiting either of a primary terminal 10 or a secondary terminal 11 by a conductor 35, supplying current to the other terminal to heat PCB and thereafter extracting PCB, a second process for filling the inside of the case extracting PCB with washing liquid, short-circuiting either of the primary terminal or the secondary terminal by the conductor, supplying current to the other terminal to heat the washing liquid and thereafter extracting the washing liquid, a third process for separating the cover from the case with a separating means 27 while holding remaining PCB in a non-oxidation state, a fourth process for extracting a transformer body from a releasing opening of an upper end of the case, and a fifth process for cutting and separating a cooler from the case with a cutting means 29 while holding the remaining PCB in the non- oxidation state.
