SOLUTION: This paper sheet takeout device is provided with a throwing-in part 1 for throwing a plurality of bundles H obtained by wrapping the prescribed number of securities P that are put together with a wrapping band (k), a taking out part 5 for taking out a bundle H from the plurality of bundles H thrown into the throwing in part 1 by one at a time, an eliminating part 7 for eliminating the wrapping band (k) from the bundle H taken out by the taking out part 5, an accumulating device 9 for accumulating a plurality of separated bundles H' with the wrapping band (k) eliminated by the eliminating part 7, a pusher 16 for collectively feeding the plurality of separated bundles H' accumulated in the accumulating device 9, and a taking out part 10 for taking out securities P from the separated bundles H' collectively fed by the pusher 16 by one at a time.
