WORK FLOW SUPPORT SYSTEM, ITS METHOD, WORK FLOW SUPPORT PROGRAM, AND COMPUTER READABLE RECORDING MEDIUM WITH THE PROGRAM RECORDED THEREON

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately pick up an applied patent requesting an agent to claim its examination from applied patents requiring examination claims to the Patent Office and to easily request the agent to execute the claim. SOLUTION: Items requiring expert knowledge such as correction and division are requested to an agent to claim their examination and items allowed to be processed only by presenting examination claim bills are directly sent from an exclusive terminal installed in its enterprise to the Patent Office. Since the existence of correction/division is entered in an electronic document in which the members of a development section and an intellectual property section successively write their opinions about the requirement of its examination claim, items for the processing of the agent and items for processing in the enterprise itself are divided. About the items for the processing of the agent, an e-mail requesting the processing is transmitted to the agent and information necessary for the agent is copied from an intra-enterprise server to an external server allowed to be read also by the agent.
