PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information providing system capable of determining a disclosure object person and a disclosure form of providing information by will of an information provider (a maker) according to a property of a writing characteristic of the providing information, capable of holding confidentiality of the providing information, and capable of preventing a dead copy. SOLUTION: One terminal unit accepts reception object person information permitted to receive the providing information in addition to providing information, and accepts a providing form of the providing information and disclosure information to respective reception object persons (Step S83). These accepted providing information, reception object person information, providing form, and disclosure information are transmitted to and registered in a central unit (Step S87). Here, when transmitting the reception object person information from the other terminal unit, the providing information according to the registered providing form is provided for the other terminal unit on the basis of the received reception object person information.
