SOLUTION: The rotary molding machine for manufacturing the nuclear fuel pellet is provided with the powder scattering preventing device provided with a receiving mechanism receiving the nuclear fuel powder remaining on a table 3 and in a raking process A, a precompressing process B, a molding process C and a mounting process D, and a sucking mechanism sucking and removing the nuclear fuel powder.
