Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust emission control device of an internal combustion engine which can favorably maintain purification efficiency of exhaust gas. SOLUTION: In this exhaust emission control device 2, by appropriately controlling an emission throttle amount with an emission throttle valve 62 and a high-temperature exhaust return amount with a first EGR valve 631A using an emission temperature controller 70, the emission temperature is maintained at a predetermined temperature. By this, when an emission post- treatment device 61 is DPF, combustion of PM such as scavenged soot or the like can be promoted, and when the emission post-treatment device 61 has a catalyst, the catalyst can be activated or substances adhering to the catalyst can be burned or removed to recover poisoning state of the catalyst, which can maintain exhaust gas purification effect favorably.
