Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide recovery and processing system for harmful water microbes, capable of efficiently recovering harmful water microbes such as microcystis generated in a wide area and processing the same with high capability to as to achieve energy-saving and reduce the size. SOLUTION: This recovery and processing system for harmful water microbes is provided with a high voltage pulse algaecide device having a set of electrodes to which a high voltage pulse is applied to perform high voltage pulse discharge under the water near the water surface and with a light for illuminating the water surface above the set of electrodes. In the dark environmental state such as night, the light is just turned on to apply high voltage pulse to the high voltage pulse algaecide device, thereby automatically and continuously recovering and processing the microcystics with high capability. Thus, the apparatus configuration for recovery and processing, energy consumption and labor can be remarkably reduced to the recovery and processing capability.
