SOLUTION: The polymer particle of a multi-layered structure comprises at least two layers: at least one rubber component layer or a crosslinkable resin component layer (I) inside and at least one thermoplastic resin component layer (II) at least on an outermost side, where a layered clay mineral is dispersed in a molecular state in a layer located on the outermost side among the thermoplastic resin component layers (II) and a polymer constituting the layer located on the outermost side among the thermoplastic resin component layers (II) has a number-average molecular weight of 30,000 or less as measured by the GPC method.
