Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for selecting a specific gene region which is useful in the field of genetic engineering and reduced in cross hybridization and to provide a nucleic acid probe and a material in which the nucleic acid is immobilized comprising utilizing a base sequence of the region and to provide a method for detecting a target nucleic acid in high sensitivity and high specificity by using the nucleic acid. SOLUTION: The method for selecting the specific gene region which has no large difference in GC content and DNA chain length and has the lowest homology compared with a base sequence in other arbitrary gene region, a nucleic acid having the base sequence in the specific gene region and the material in which the nucleic acid is immobilized and the method for detecting the target nucleic acid in high sensitivity by using the material in which the nucleic acid is immobilized are provided.
