Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a new slip by referring to an applicable slip among slips used in the past, and operating necessary correction in order to use the slip. SOLUTION: A part of a display screen is disposed with a template data selection icon button group 12 for selecting a desired template, and the other part of the display screen is disposed with a template data display area 13 for displaying the selected template. Then, the template data selection icon button group is operated so that the applicable template can be selected from among a plurality of preliminarily set templates including slips used in the past, and displayed in the template data display area. Thus, a new slip can be prepared based on the template, and the order is executed.
