Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make mutual joined parts of EL elements inconspicuous while suppressing the deterioration of light emitting layers of an EL display device constituted by joining a plurality of the EL elements to each other. SOLUTION: Ends 90a and 90b of adhesive layers 9a and 9b are exposed to the end faces at which small-sized panels are joined to each other. These end faces are subjected to machining or polishing. Since the ends of the adhesive layers are improved to a hardness of >=80 (more preferably >=90) as a Shore D value, moisture hardly infiltrates the light emitting sections near the ends of the panels when the ends are subjected to dicing and polishing. |
