Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure capable of quickly and surely joining two joint end parts of insulating material cover wound around an elbow. SOLUTION: A fastener 20 includes two engagement parts 26, 26 provided with engagement projections 32 rushing into engagement holes 22, 24 provided on the two joint end parts 16, 18 of the heat insulating material cover 14 wound around the elbow 10 and engaging with the two joint end parts 16, 18, and an expandable joining part 28 integrally joining the two engagement part 26, 26. The engagement projections 32 of the two engagement parts 26, 26 are rushed into the each engagement hole 22, 23 of the two joint end parts 16, 18 respectively and engaged to engage the two engagement parts 26, 26 with the two joint end parts 16, 18 with using the fastener 20. Consequently, the two joint end parts 16, 18 are combined each other through the joining part 28 of the fastener 20.
