Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a structure that has high performance and that is small, at low cost. SOLUTION: An outer barrel 65 that is supported and can only turn for a case 1 is rotated and driven freely by an electric motor. An inter barrel 71 is supported on the inside diameter side of the outer barrel 65 in a manner that it can move only axially against the case 1. A plurality of balls 74, 74 are provided between a spiral thread groove 72 of a male ball that is formed on the outside plane of the inner barrel 71 and a spiral thread groove 66 of a female ball that is formed on the inside plane of the outer barrel 65. An outer ring 81 that includes a release bearing 61 is supported in a way that the inner barrel 71 is allowed to displace radially. Part of a diaphragm spring 11 is pushed by part of the inner barrel 71.
