Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photocationically curable resin composition giving an excellent conversion rate at a low temperature and giving a cured product excellent in adhesive strength and moisture permeation resistance. SOLUTION: The photocationically curable resin composition comprises (A) a cationically polymerizable compound, (B) a photocationic polymerization initiator and (C) an aromatic ether compound. A liquid crystal display or an electroluminescence display excellent in adhesive strength and moisture permeation resistance can be obtained with good productivity using a sealing material comprising the composition.
