Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide unburned hardened cement in which the saving of energy, the reduction of CO2 generation in the production, and which has sufficient strength after hardening, and to provide a production method therefor. SOLUTION: The unburned hardened cement is obtained by hardening a mixture of hydraulic alumina, silica fumes as amorphous silisic acid anhydride or/and a sodium silicate aqueous solution, slaked lime, gypsum, and water by cold curing or steam curing. In the production method therefor, water is added to a combination of the hydraulic alumina, the silica fumes as amorphous silisic acid or/and a sodium silicate aqueous solution, slaked lime and gypsum, and this mixture is poured into a frame, and is hardened by cold curing or steam curing.
