Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a container conveying aid and method capable of preventing a container from being forced out, and smoothly conveying the container without damaging it. SOLUTION: The conveying aid 1 for the container 20 is provided in a conveying means 1 which supports the neck 21 of the container 20 to convey the container 20 suspended. The aid includes an air ejecting part 11 for ejecting air supplied from an air supply toward the container 20 conveyed. A container conveying aid 10 in which the air ejecting part 11 is disposed besides a path of conveyance for conveying the container 20 is employed to convey the container.
