Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a decision whether an imaging apparatus requires maintenance or not even from a remote place by diagnosing the print image quality of the imaging apparatus. SOLUTION: The system for diagnosing the print image quality of a printer comprises means for transferring test data required for test print from a server to the printer, means for inputting image data by scanning an image outputted from the printer according to the test data, means for judging the print image quality of the printer by examining the image data, and means for controlling notification of the judgment results to the server depending on the content thereof.
