Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for arranging a semisolid food capable of stably arranging the food a prescribed height and a prescribed beautiful shape even by an unskilled salesperson and to provide the method using the apparatus. SOLUTION: This apparatus or arranging the semisolid food has a container- holding member 41 for holding a cone 9a at a prescribed angle to the frozen confectionary arranging apparatus 1 for arranging the frozen confectionary 9b up on the cone 9a by using the frozen confectionary producing apparatus extruding the frozen confectionary from an extruding opening 23, and an up-and- down moving structure 40 which can fix the container-holding member 41 so that the cone 9a can be held at the position just under and remote from the extruding opening 23 at a distance nearly equal to the height for dishing up on the cone 9a, and the container-holding member 41 can be moved downward from the fixing position in the vertical direction. The method for arranging the semisolid food is also provided.
