SOLUTION: This power meter is equipped with a computer 122 which materializes a zone deviation computing function for computing the control deviation of a zone 1, where the power loss factor between a received power value and a supply power value is taken into consideration, by correcting at least either the value of the received power outputted from power generation facilities 103G1-103G3 belonging to a zone 1 and received with a corresponding power transmission facility 100A1 in the zone 1, or the value of the supply power to a consumer L1 using the power loss factor in the zone 1, a zone power generation adjustment quantity computing function for computing the quantity of power generation adjustment of the power generation facilities 103G1-103G3, for setting the control deviation within a range requested in a simultaneous equal amount control system, using the computed control deviation, a power generation adjustment quantity distributing function for controlling the power generation output of a corresponding power generation facility, using the computed quantity of power generation adjustment of the power generation facilities 103G1-103G3, and a power generation command value computing function.
