SPACER FOR ATTACHING INDOOR MACHINE OF AIR CONDITIONER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that a danger of the drop of a liner (tools in service, parts and substitute of a spacer such as box) and a bad effect resulting from the drop as the largest problem, for example, a failure of an indoor machine and the breakage of piping, the rework of piping, the reset of the liner, the consumption of much time for the piping work, in a conventional method for which a space is formed between a back plate and a main body through the liner to smoothly carry out the piping work. SOLUTION: The spacer for attaching the indoor machine comprises the substantially trapezoidal spacer main body having a right-angled part and an inclined part at a part thereof, a magnet provided on the vertical surface of the right-angled part of the spacer main body, a buffer material provided in the inclined part and a vertical surface provided in a part of the inclined part. Thus, the piping work of the indoor machine is assuredly and smoothly carried out to either of an existing indoor machine and a new indoor machine or the piping work of the existing indoor machine is assuredly and smoothly carried out.
