Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a transmission error of driving power due to sliding of a pulley, etc., between a suspension member such as a pulley and the flat belt and to stably transmit the driving power even in a state where a large load is applied on a driven body. SOLUTION: The driving power transmission for transmitting the driving power by suspending one or a plurality of the endless flat belts 1 on a plurality of suspension members 2 (for example, 2a-2d) is constituted so that at least one of the flat belts 1 is furnished with a position regulated part 3 to be engaged with a positional regulating part 4 provided in a suspension passage of the flat belt 1 and a plurality of belt materials 1a, 1b having the same or the nearly same material characteristic at least one part of which is fixed, lapped and arranged capable of independently extending and contracting with each other are used.
