Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently adjust the foam formed when a molten material encounters the pressure reduction in a vacuum chamber. SOLUTION: The molten material is passed through a maturing area 52 within the vacuum chamber 12. The molten material can flow out between the air bubbles of the foam 45. The air bubbles of the flowing out foam 45 of the material are broken by froth breaking means 54 put in through a port 55. The froth breaking means 54 may be a mechanical rotating body to spread and break the foam. Also, the froth breaking means 54 may be a nozzle to generate gas jets and the gas jets emitted from the nozzle are sprayed to the foam and the foam is broken by the impact thereof.
