Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recycling system by which food waste discharged from a food service industry, a food plant or the like is efficiently recycled as feed, fuel or the like. SOLUTION: One or more equipments of a deoiled dry feed manufacturing equipment A provided with at least a steam cleaning cooker and a hot steam dryer, a methane gas and biomass manufacturing equipment B provided with at least a heat dissolving tank, a methane fermenter and an algae culturing apparatus and a fermented mixed feed manufacturing equipment C provided with at least a mixer type fermenting apparatus and a gaseous nitrogen generator are provided. In the manufacturing equipment A, the food waste is steam cleaned and dried to manufacture a deoiled dry feed, in the manufacturing equipment B, the food waste is methane-fermented to obtain a high calory gas and manufacturing biomass by utilizing the digested liquid and the gas and in the manufacturing equipment C, the food waste is mixed with other materials to be lactic-fermented to manufacture the fermented mixed feed.
