SOLUTION: This laminated impedance element 1 is formed by laminating a conductor coil 3 within a ceramic layer 2 of a magnetic material, connecting the end part of the conductor coil 3 to an external electrode 5 and forming a low dielectric constant layer 4 between the external electrode 5 and the conductor coil 3.
