SOLUTION: The on-demand learning system is provided with a display means so constituted as to display a first display screen for displaying contents of a prescribed program and a second display screen for displaying a specific tool, and a control means to control the display means. The control means, when the display means displays the second display screen, displays the second display screen in front of the first display screen and controls the contents of the specific program displayed on the first display screen using the specific tool displayed on the second display screen.
