CLEAN ROOM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clean room obtained by utilizing an air conditioner, a suction/exhaust means, a control means and the like. SOLUTION: The clean room maintains a temperature, a humidity, a pressure, a cleanliness and the like in a room 1 at predetermined values by regulating an atmospheric air sucked and cleaned by a suction means 2 at the temperature, the humidity and the like by the air conditioner 3, supplying the regulated air into the room 1 of a sealed structure, exhausting the air in the room 1 by the exhaust means 8, and controlling the conditioner 3, the suction/exhaust means 2, 8 and a sterilizing means 10 by a dynamic load control means 4. The conditioner 3, the means 2, 8, the means 10 and the means 4 are unitized and built in the room 1. Since the clean room is completed by conveying unitized various type devices such as the conditioner 3 together with the room 1 to a job site and building them in the room 1, a construction term and a man-hour required for the fabrication work, a regulation work and a trial operation can be remarkably reduced.
