PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ring holder for a spinning machine, with which a ring can simply and surely be mounted and demounted even in ring rails having different specifications without using a snap ring, complication of production control and inventory control of a ring is eliminated and a cost can be reduced by variety integration. SOLUTION: This ring holder for a spinning machine is obtained by integrally forming an engagement part having a cross-sectional recessed shape made of rubber or a synthetic resin on the top of a hollow ring-like insertion part having an inspiratory port. This fitting structure of the ring for a spinning machine is obtained by fitting the ring to the engagement part of the ring holder, inserting the insertion part into the ring rail and fixing the insertion part by supplying air to the insertion part.
