Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lapping solution and a lapping agent having no bad influence on grinding performance, excellent in dispersion stability of an abrasive grain and redispersibility of the precipitated and agglutinated abrasive grain as well as without bad influence on the environment. SOLUTION: An aqueous lapping solution contains: (A) an abrasive grain dispersant consisting of a mixture of any one or more nitrogen-containing compounds having a specific structure as a component; (B) a lubricating base oil as a component; and (C) water as a component, and an aqueous lapping agent is made to contain the abrasive grain in the lapping solution.
