Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance operational reliability of liquid drop ejection by preventing an element substrate surely from being damaged by thermal expansion and suppressing warp of the element substrate. SOLUTION: A part 37 abutting against each element substrate 13, 14 and positioning it in the thickness direction with respect to a first plate 18 is provided on the major surface of the first plate 18. Each element substrate 13, 14 and the first plate 18 are bonded through elastic adhesive 39 applied to a part different from the positioning part 37 spaced apart from the element substrate 13, 14 specifically.
