GLASS BOTTLE CRUSHER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a glass bottle crusher capable of finely crushing old glass bottles collected for recycling for loading them efficiently in a small place. SOLUTION: A rotating crushing body 9 equipped with a crushing plate 12 intermittently passing through a crushing space 1 is rotatably attached to a crushing cylindrical body 1 fixed in an inclined position and forming the crushing space 7 in the lower end part. The glass bottles B fed into the crushing cylindrical body 1 from a hopper body 13 inserted into a hopper insertion port 4 in the upper end part are first crushed between a radially disposed vane 11 of the rotating crushing body 9 and the lower edge 13b of the hopper body, then crushed between a fixed plate 6 disposed on a cylinder 2 of the crushing cylindrical body 1 in the direction of a bus bar, and lastly crushed in the crushing space 7 by the crushing plate 12, thereby producing glass pieces P to be discharged from a discharge port 5 in the lower end part.
